spinach and artichoke pizza
Start to Finish: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
10 Farm Rich® Cheese Sticks, thawed slightly and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 10-inch pizza rounds (prepared pizza dough)
1 cup artichoke hearts, quartered
8 oz frozen leaf spinach, thawed
1 cup prepared Alfredo sauce
Preparation:
PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
MIX artichoke hearts, spinach, and Alfredo sauce in a bowl. Spread mixture onto pizza rounds. Top with Cheese Stick cubes.
PLACE pizza rounds on cookie sheet or pizza pan and bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza is brown and bubbly.
