Cheese Sticks
Onion Petals
Start to Finish: 15 minutes
Serves: 8

Ingredients:
1 10-oz package Farm Rich® Cheese Sticks or 1 9-oz package Farm Rich® Onion Petals
1 cup vegetable oil
5 TBS cream-style prepared horseradish
1 egg
1 TBS sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dry mustard

Preparation:

PREPARE Cheese Sticks or Onion Petals according to package directions.

ADD 1/4 cup oil, horseradish, egg, sugar, salt, and mustard to blender while Cheese Sticks or Onion Petals are baking. Blend on low 2 to 3 seconds.

ADD remaining oil and blend until sauce has consistency of mayonnaise. Pour into small bowl and serve with Cheese Sticks or Onion Petals.
