French Toast Sticks
Start to Finish: 1 hour 10 minutes
Serves: 8


Ingredients:
25 Farm Rich® French Toast Sticks
4 eggs
2 cups cream
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups sour cream
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
powdered sugar (to taste)

Preparation:

PREHEAT oven to 300° F.

BLEND all ingredients except French Toast Sticks and powdered sugar in large mixing bowl until fully blended. Set aside.

LAYER French Toast Sticks in 9" x 13" baking dish and cover with mixture.

BAKE uncovered in oven for 1 hour. Serve with powdered sugar and maple syrup.
