Is there processed sugar in your French toast products?
Yes, there is processed sugar in our French Toast Sticks.
Do your meatballs contain any sources of gluten or casein?
Gluten comes from wheat, rye, barley grains. Casein is a milk derivative. Some of our Meatballs do contain wheat and/or milk, but each variety is different. To find out the nutrition information for the specific product you're interested in, check the allergen “Contains” line on the package label.
As a strict vegetarian, I'd like to know the source of the enzymes used in your mozzarella cheese sticks. Are they of animal or non-animal source?
Both - the enzymes in Farm Rich® Cheese Sticks are from both animal and non-animal sources.
Do you use any porcine or other type of swine by-products in your cheese sticks or cheese pizza products?
Nope! Our Cheese Sticks and Cheese Pizza Slices are 100% porcine-free.
My son has a food allergy. How do I know which products are safe for him to eat?
All ingredients in products manufactured by Rich Products Corporation are listed in the ingredient statement on the package according to government guidelines. In addition, a separate allergen listing has been added to our packaging in order to comply with the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act.

Are your products peanut-free and tree-nut free? Are they processed on peanut-free and tree-nut free lines?
Farm Rich® products do not contain peanuts or tree nuts and most of our facilities do not use peanuts or tree nuts.
What steps does your production line use to ensure that a product that doesn't contain gluten or doesn't get cross-contaminated by one that does?
We use Standard Good Manufacturing processes in all facilities. However, no Farm Rich® products make a gluten-free claim. They are manufactured in facilities that use gluten-containing ingredients like wheat flour.
Do Farm Rich® products have added trans fats?
No way! Our products are made to stay freezer-fresh without the use of hydrogenated oils.
Are the monoglycerides and diglycerides in your cheese sticks vegetable or animal derived?
The monoglycerides and diglycerides used in our products are microbial. There are no animal by-products.
Are your mozzarella cheese sticks kosher?
No, our Farm Rich® Cheese Sticks are not kosher.

How long can I store your products in the freezer?
Generally, Farm Rich® products retain their quality in the freezer for up to one year. As with all frozen products, freezer burn can occur if the product has not been stored at 0° Fahrenheit. Products' overall texture and taste will be affected if it has been subjected to multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Oops! We put the cheese sticks in the refrigerator instead of the freezer and they thawed out. Is it okay to refreeze them?
Sorry, but we do not recommend refreezing the products. To maintain the highest freshness, please always store Farm Rich® products in the freezer.
